The Opportunity

Due to continued success and expansion, we are looking to hire to drive customer and commercial transformation projects across CRM, marketing automation, AI/GenAI, and sales effectiveness. Key Requirements

Consulting Expertise: Must have experience in a top-tier consulting firm (Big 4 or equivalent).
Seniority: Must be at Senior Manager or Director level with 10+ years of experience in customer strategy, CRM, or sales transformation.
Pharma Network: Strong existing relationships with major pharmaceutical companies (Roche, Novartis, Lonza, etc.).
Business Development Skills: Ability to win and deliver projects through client relationships.
