My 2011 self surely would not believe that in 2016 I would manage a team of eight people, have a nice car and own an apartment in London. I came to NonStop bankrupt with no money and very little opportunities in front of me! This may sound too good to be true, but for someone who really wants to make it happen then it really can, I am living proof. I joined NonStop in March 2018 in a time when there were not many Germans in the company. Two years later we have our own German business unit covering Life Science markets in the DACH region.
I didn’t have any recruitment experience when I started but thanks to the excellent training, I’d achieved my Team Leader promotion by October 2019. Since then I have been working with my team to dominate the technical Life Science industry in German-speaking countries and to expand our market position. For this reason, I am continuously looking for dynamic and ambitious personalities who are willing to learn and to work hard to help our team continue this growth.
