Bridge Team Leader Inspector
Location: New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, or Texas
Salary: $120,000 to $190,000, based on experience and qualifications

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bridge Team Leader Inspector to lead inspection projects across major regions. In this role, you’ll oversee the safety and structural integrity of bridges and related structures, ensuring adherence to national and state inspection standards. You’ll work on a range of bridge inspection projects, utilizing both traditional methods and advanced inspection technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and conduct routine and in-depth inspections on various bridge structures.
- Document findings in detailed reports, including condition assessments and recommendations for repairs.
- Train, guide, and oversee inspection team members, ensuring work meets industry and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate inspections with clients, regulatory agencies, and traffic management teams.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, such as the NBIS.
- Utilize technology such as drones and ultrasonic testing tools to enhance inspection accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in bridge inspection, including team leadership experience.Continue
- PE license and/or NHI Bridge Inspection Certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles and bridge mechanics.
- Proficient with inspection software and reporting systems.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
