Your Responsibilities:
- SDS Development and Maintenance: Create and update Safety Data Sheets (SDS) to ensure they meet all regulatory requirements, including REACH, GHS, and CLP standards.
- Compliance Assurance: Monitor and integrate the latest regulatory changes and scientific data into SDS documents to maintain compliance with international safety standards.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams in Product Development, Regulatory Affairs, and Supply Chain to gather and verify necessary data for SDS preparation.
- Documentation and Auditing: Conduct regular audits and reviews of SDS documentation to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Training and Support: Provide expertise and training to internal teams on SDS-related topics, enhancing overall chemical safety practices within the company.
- Data Management: Maintain an electronic database of SDS documents, ensuring accessibility and up-to-date information for stakeholders.
What You Bring:
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in SDS management within the chemical, agrochemical, FMCG, or related industries.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of REACH, CLP, GHS, and other relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to handling complex regulatory information with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SDS management systems and electronic databases.
- Communication: Strong ability to communicate complex regulatory information clearly and effectively to diverse teams.
- Team Player: A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.
