As Commercial Manager for France, you will:
- Lead and inspire 10+ direct and indirect reports across sales, marketing, and customer support.
- Own national commercial strategy across conventional products, biocontrol, and biostimulants.
- Build and deepen relationships with key distributors, prescribers, cooperatives, and major accounts.
- Shape and contribute to portfolio strategy for a strategically critical market.
- Strengthen market presence and drive sustainable long-term growth in France.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership at national and regional levels, influencing decisions and contributing to broader commercial direction.
Key Requirements
- 10+ years’ experience in B2B commercial roles within the French plant protection market.
- Strong understanding of conventional crop protection, biosolutions, and biostimulants.
- Proven success managing teams (direct and/or indirect) with a leadership style that engages and motivates.
- Demonstrated ability in complex negotiation with major distribution groups.
- Strong strategic thinking: able to build commercial plans, manage budgets, and shape portfolio direction.
- Comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels.
- Fluent in French with good English for internal communication.
- Motivated by growth, transformation, and influencing the direction of a key national market.
