Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless trade processing
– Monitor and manage client queries and requests efficiently
– Contribute to the overall success of the organization through efficient customer care and middle office operations
Requirements:
– Previous experience working in customer care / middle office within a Banking or Financial institution
– Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues
– Fluency in English and German is a must, knowledge of other languages is a plus
