Customer Support Coordinator – Medical Devices – Florida based (ideally around Tampa region)

Your missions :
- Receive and log service calls into software, then dispatch to the company service and applications support teams.
- Support management and renewal of service contracts.
- Distribute daily data packages to secondary vendors and service partners.
- Review and document monthly reports on service activities.
- Assist with process development and growth initiatives for a new service department.
- Monitor and respond to inbound emails from customers as appropriate.
Your profile:
- Experiences in the medical devices industry
- Experiences in customer service, including managing customer calls.
