Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the EMEA Regulatory Affairs team, fostering internal cohesion and tracking performance.

  • Provide expert technical and regulatory support to clients, ensuring optimized and compliant solutions.

  • Implement internal process improvements to maintain product regulatory compliance, working closely with other departments.

  • Develop and mentor team members, enhancing their skill sets and maximizing their potential.

  • Prepare for succession into a global department leadership role within the next four years.

  • Support ongoing process improvement initiatives, working closely with senior management.

  • Represent the regulatory team in professional associations, participating actively in industry forums and discussions.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing a regulatory or technical team in a complex, highly regulated environment.

  • Demonstrated skills in process improvement and project management.

  • Expertise in regulatory affairs and product safety within the fragrance industry or a related field.

  • Ability to engage with professional associations and represent the company in industry forums.

  • Strong leadership and strategic planning capabilities to prepare for a future transition to a global leadership role.

  • Solid experience within Regulations associated with the Fragrance sector (IFRA, FDA, REACh etc.)

  • Excellent communication skills and adeptness in managing change within a team.
