Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the EMEA Regulatory Affairs team, fostering internal cohesion and tracking performance.

Provide expert technical and regulatory support to clients, ensuring optimized and compliant solutions.

Implement internal process improvements to maintain product regulatory compliance, working closely with other departments.

Develop and mentor team members, enhancing their skill sets and maximizing their potential.

Prepare for succession into a global department leadership role within the next four years.

Support ongoing process improvement initiatives, working closely with senior management.

Represent the regulatory team in professional associations, participating actively in industry forums and discussions.
Key Requirements:

Proven experience in managing a regulatory or technical team in a complex, highly regulated environment.

Demonstrated skills in process improvement and project management.

Expertise in regulatory affairs and product safety within the fragrance industry or a related field.

Ability to engage with professional associations and represent the company in industry forums.

Strong leadership and strategic planning capabilities to prepare for a future transition to a global leadership role.

Solid experience within Regulations associated with the Fragrance sector (IFRA, FDA, REACh etc.)

Excellent communication skills and adeptness in managing change within a team.
