Our client is a boutique IT security consultancy that works with SME, along with large scale corporations from different industrial sectors for the areas of incidence response, consulting and red team assessments.

At the moment they are looking for an entry level candidate, that is keen on learning and developing a career in pentesting. You will have the possibility to obtain career experience, required to be a penetration tester.

Your profile:

• You have a bachelors or masters in the field of IT or IT security.
• You have participated in an internship, a work student program or a part-time job related to IT security.
• Ideally you have fiddled with platforms such as hackthebox, tryhackme etc.
• You have excellent scripting skills in either python or javascript.
• You must have excellent knowledge in networks and TCP/IP.
• Furthermore, you need to have excellent German language skills (C1), along with fluent English.

Your tasks:

• You would be mostly conducting web application based pentests, along with more senior colleagues from the beginning.
• You can also conduct security checks on embedded devices.
• You will be conducting source code audits.

Salary: € 50,000 to € 60,000 Brutto per year
