Field Service Manager – medical technology

Field service manager – medical technology wanted for our client, a quickly growing player in the medical devices industry based near Mechelen.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of 8 service engineers
• responsible of managing and planning pre-installation, maintenance and repairs
• Customer contact
• Support field service and sales teams
• Continuous improvement of the department

Requirements

• Previous experience as field service manager, coach, coordinator or team leader
• Hands on technical experience as field service technician
• Experience with coaching, training and motivating others
• Good knowledge of Dutch, English and French
• A2/Bachelor/Master degree in engineering, electronics, electromechanics,…
