Role Responsibilities:

Lead and strategically develop the measurement laboratory, focusing on modern, future-oriented services.
Guide and coordinate measurement orders, aligning with the company’s larger mission and goals.
Optimize and create standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure sustained success in alignment with industry best practices.

Requirements:

Completed basic technical training in fields such as polymechanics or design engineering, allowing you to excel in a dynamic and challenging environment.
At least 5 years of professional experience in coordinate measurement technology or a comparable position, preferably within the medical technology, automotive, or metal industry.
Initial leadership or deputy role experience within a team setting, presenting opportunities to hone your leadership skills.
Fluency in German is a must.
