Position: Industrial Financial Controller
Contract Duration: 12 months (with potential for permanent placement)
Location: Switzerland
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the financial operations, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regulations.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s growth objectives.
- Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to senior management.
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive efficiency and profitability.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline financial processes and improve reporting accuracy.
- Support audits and ensure timely completion of financial statements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Industrial Financial Controller, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
- Experience as a financial controller working with manufactruing sites, Supply Chain and R&D teams.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
