Remote Payroll Consultant – Luxembourg Expertise

Location: Remote (within the EU)

We’re looking for a skilled Payroll Consultant with expertise in Luxembourg payroll to join a dynamic global team. In this role, you’ll provide essential functional consultancy to clients, helping them implement payroll solutions, ensuring compliance, and supporting successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead client-facing discussions and gather payroll configuration details.
  • Ensure payroll solutions meet Luxembourg’s payroll and compliance regulations.
  • Validate payroll configurations and integrations, addressing issues during testing.
  • Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist with go-live activities.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Luxembourg payroll and compliance (tax, legislation).
  • Experience in functional consulting or payroll software implementations.
  • Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
