Position: Team Leader Cleanroom (5-shift system)
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Team Leader Cleanroom to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for the Operations Director, actively participate in processes, and lead a team to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement.
Your Responsibilities:
- Actively work alongside the team to oversee daily operations and maintain process quality.
- Lead, guide, and manage employees to ensure operational efficiency and alignment with goals.
- Monitor and drive continuous improvement within the department.
- Manage team schedules, handle leave requests, and oversee absence reporting.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and conduct annual performance reviews for team members.
- Ensure compliance with ARBO, environmental, ISO, and other company quality systems.
- Participate in the emergency response (BHV) team and advise on workplace safety.
