Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the overarching European and MENA marketing and portfolio strategy to achieve financial and performance targets.
- Lead cross-functional planning to ensure product performance, registration readiness, and strategic alignment across all departments.
- Drive strategic pricing strategies and lead portfolio prioritisation in the annual budgeting cycle.
- Oversee market analysis, opportunity identification, and strategic alliances to support commercial development and innovation projects.
- Guide field trial planning, ensuring technical product performance and budget adherence.
- Coordinate with global and regional stakeholders to define long-term portfolio initiatives and support new product introductions.
- Lead and develop the European marketing and development team, establishing clear objectives, performance metrics, and professional development plans.
- Represent the company at management committees, trade associations, and international industry bodies.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 10 to 15 years’ experience in marketing, portfolio management, and/or commercial leadership within crop protection products across multiple countries in Europe.
- Proven ability to deliver results in a dynamic, regulated, and technically complex environment.
- Strong strategic planning, forecasting, and financial analysis skills.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing internal and external partners across regions.
- Knowledge of agronomy, crop protection market dynamics, and regulatory landscapes in Europe
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken); additional languages advantageous.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Europe with a view to MENA countries.
