They are looking for an R&D Lab Technician who will be deeply involved in lab work, focusing on Research & Development projects geared towards improving existing products or creating new ones. Responsibilities:
– Drive improvements in current products and spearhead the development of innovative new products.

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry preferred, although other scientific degrees will also be considered.
– Prior lab experience is desirable but open to recent graduates with strong motivation.
– Fluency in English and Dutch (high intermediate level accepted), with French as an advantageous skill.
