Our client, a highly respected and innovative company at the forefront of the specialty chemicals industry, is seeking a REACh Regulatory Affairs Team Leader to join their expanding team. In this pivotal role, you will play a key role in ensuring their continued success by leading a dedicated team and driving strategic regulatory compliance for REACh and related global regulations.

Provide strategic direction and leadership to your REACH team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Oversee all aspects of REACH registrations, ensuring timely submissions, and maintaining a deep understanding of evolving regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement comprehensive regulatory strategies to minimize risk and ensure market access for the company’s products.
Effectively communicate complex regulatory matters with both internal stakeholders and external Competent Authorities.
Leverage your expertise in REACH-like regulations to proactively identify and navigate emerging regulatory challenges.

Are you a proven leader with a passion for excellence?

A minimum of 10-15 years’ experience in Regulatory Affairs or Product Stewardship is essential.
You possess in-depth knowledge and extensive practical experience within REACH registrations.
A strong track record of developing and implementing successful regulatory strategies is a must.
You are an excellent communicator, adept at clearly conveying complex regulatory information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience in leading and motivating a high-performing team is crucial.
A background in Chemistry and/or Toxicology is a requirement.

This role is to be based Home Working in Germany or the option to work onsite in North Rhine-Westphalia.
