Registered Fostering Manager
Salary up to £65,000 depending on experience
NonStop Social Care is currently working with a highly regarded fostering charity in Canterbury, Kent. I am looking for a registered fostering manager to supervise the team and work on compliance matters. The IFA supports a hybrid model of working with lots of flexibility to work from home.
The Fostering Charity is a Outstanding Ofsted provider and has a non-profit, child-focused, therapeutic orientated ethos. They are a great agency with amazing values, focused to make a difference for families and children in care.
Responsibilities
The registered fostering manager will supervise the 2 Senior Practitioners, one based in Kent and one based in Billericay where they have another office. They have 4 SSW’ in Essex and 1 SWA, and 4 SSW’s in Kent. The Registered fostering manager will work closely with the Administration Manager on Panel and Compliance matters.
The agency has 20 staff in total and 50 foster carers.
