Registered Fostering Manager
Location: Somerset
Salary: £55,000 +benefits
NonStop Consulting is working with a small independent fostering agency, in the Somerset area, that is looking for a new Registered Fostering Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities:
Oversee a small service of around 15 households and 4 staff members
You will oversee foster care recruitment and retention for the region
Ensure the agency maintains their standard of care, including their Ofsted rating. Work to maintain and improve the service

Requirements:
- Registered with Social Work England
- Driver
- Fostering Experience
- Management experience
