Responsibilities:
– Identify and engage potential customers, creating new business opportunities and focusing on private market development.
– Tap into emerging markets, particularly in the field of diabetes, to maximize growth potential.
– Collaborate with the team to develop proposals aligned with clients’ needs and goals.
– Present strategies and tactics to achieve set goals, continually driving the business forward.
– Proactively analyze and report on the reference market to identify areas of growth and improvement.
– Represent the company at conferences, workshops, and trade events, strengthening our brand presence.
– Demonstrate products, deliver installations, training, and renewals to drive customer satisfaction.
– Maintain an accurate CRM (Salesforce) for the area, ensuring conversion of leads, preparing quotations, leases, and accurate forecasting/sales funnel management.
Requirements:
– 5 years of experience in sales business development, ideally within the diabetes field.
– Proven track record of developing new markets and delivering consistent results.
– Ability to travel extensively (up to 80%) to foster business growth.
– Strong communication and relationship-building skills to engage with key opinion leaders.
– Result-oriented mindset, able to identify and pursue opportunities to achieve set goals.
