Your Mission
- Take the lead in preparing precise monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Champion cash flow planning and monitoring, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Innovate and optimize existing processes, transforming the way financial data is managed.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to auditors and internal stakeholders, fostering collaboration across departments.
- Ensure seamless financial coordination between the company’s legal entities and its parent organization.
What You Bring to the Table
- A degree in finance or a related field that demonstrates your expertise.
- Solid experience in preparing financial statements in accordance with Swiss GAAP and IFRS.
- A knack for understanding accounting requirements in project environments in the CDMO environment.
- Sharp analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail that ensures accuracy.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills that facilitate teamwork.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP ERP system.
- Fluency in English (C1) and German (C1).
