Job Requirements:
Education and experience:
– Professionally qualified as an Educational Psychologist.
– Active registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
– Previous experience in a line management role.
Skills and knowledge:
– In-depth knowledge of educational psychology principles and practices.
– Proficiency in assessment and intervention methodologies relevant to educational psychology.
– Strong leadership and management skills demonstrated through line management experience.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work effectively in a hybrid working environment (office and home).
