Staff Geologist and Project Manager needed in Environmental Consulting – South Florida
We are seeking talented professionals for two key roles: Senior Project Manager and Senior Staff Scientist/Geologist/Engineer to support a growing environmental consulting practice in South Florida. These positions offer the opportunity to work on impactful projects, including Phase I/II Environmental Site Assessments, soil and groundwater sampling, and site remediation for high-profile clients such as developers, municipalities, and major corporations.

Senior Project Manager
- Lead complex environmental projects, manage budgets, mentor teams, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Oversee project delivery from start to finish, providing innovative solutions to meet regulatory and client needs.
- Salary potential up to $150K, reflecting experience and growth potential.
- Onsite work preferred with hybrid flexibility based on project needs.

Senior Staff Scientist/Geologist/Engineer
- Perform site inspections, sampling, and analysis to inform remediation strategies.
- Contribute to Phase I/II Environmental Site Assessments and collaborate on report preparation.
- Split time between 70% office work and 30% fieldwork, supporting diverse environmental projects.
- Salary in the low $80Ks, with opportunities for advancement.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Environmental Science, Civil/Environmental Engineering, or related field.
- 5-10+ years of experience, with senior roles requiring demonstrated leadership in project management.
- Knowledge of Florida’s environmental regulations and local markets is highly preferred.
- Professional licensure (e.g., PE, PG) is advantageous, but not a deal breaker.
