Senior Project Manager – Roadway Design

• Project Management and Design:

  • Lead/support project management for roadway and utility infrastructure projects in Connecticut.
  • Manage discrete tasks, project schedules, and budgets.
  • Lead/support design and production of plans, specifications, quantities, and deliverables per CTDOT standards.

• Business Development:

  • Lead/support preparation of proposals to pursue new opportunities.

• Client and Team Coordination:

  • Handle day-to-day project communication and coordination with clients and other engineers.
  • Provide direction, delegation, mentoring, and training to staff engineers.

Qualifications:

• 5+years’ experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
• PE License in Connecticut
• Microstation / OpenRoads proficiency strongly preferred
