NonStop is currently working with a local authority based in the West London who are looking for a Senior Supervising Social Worker to join their Fostering service.
This is a hybrid role with a manageable caseload, giving you flexibility and the ability to have an improved work/life balance.
Responsibilities:
Your primary responsibility will be providing quality and professional services by supervising and supporting allocated foster carers, their placements to achieve the best outcomes for all children and young people in foster care.
Attend and participate in case conferences, reviews, planning meetings Prepare reports and risk assessments, advise children and young people of their rights and assist them.

Requirements:
This role requires a Social Work qualification and Social Work England registration, a driving licence and access to your own vehicle and experience as a Social Worker, ideally within a fostering service.
