  • Provide scientific leadership and support for human health safety assessments
  • Coordinate and interpret non-clinical toxicology data in line with OECD and ICH principles
  • Advise internal stakeholders and participate in global safety and regulatory discussions
  • Contribute to regulatory advocacy and represent the company in industry groups
  • Support the development of digital and alternative assessment methods for safety evaluation
  • Collaborate with colleagues in Europe, the US, and Asia to ensure scientific consistency across projects

Key Requirements

  • PhD or PharmD in Toxicology, Pharmacology, Biology, or a related discipline
  • 5-10 years of experience in reproductive and developmental toxicology
  • Background from the pharmaceutical or chemical sector with strong non-clinical experience
  • Solid understanding of pharmacokinetics and toxicological mechanisms
  • ERT certification is a plus but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage internal and external stakeholders
  • Charismatic, collaborative, and proactive mindset
  • Experience or interest in digital transformation or new approach methodologies (NAMs)

Additional Information

You will work primarily onsite (4 days per week) as part of a collaborative, people-focused culture that values teamwork and scientific excellence. The environment is supportive, inclusive, and filled with experts who are passionate about what they do.

This is more than just a technical position – it’s a chance to join a team that feels like a family, where your knowledge, curiosity, and personality will have a real and lasting impact.
