- Managing and support care staff to provide a safe, nurturing environment for young people,
- Ensuring adherence to care plans, regulatory guidelines, and the home’s objectives
- Maintaining professional, positive practice as a role model and leader.

Requirements:
- DBS clearance
- Experience working with Children
- A full driving licence
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
