Nonstop’s client is based in the East of England area close to London local authority. They are looking for Team Manager to take over their Adoption team on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:
As one of our Team Managers, you’ll lead a team of Senior Social Workers and Social Workers in the delivery of our statutory and legislative duties, fostering a supportive and collaborative working environment, whilst promoting the welfare of vulnerable children and young people in the council whilst effectively managing risk.
