What You’ll Do:
Develop a Network: Build strong connections with IT professionals experts in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Germany.
Use AI Recruitment Tools: Harness the power of AI technologies and tools to streamline your recruitment process and engage top talent efficiently.
Proactively Source Candidates: Dive into multiple channels, including direct outreach via phone or WhatsApp, to identify the best candidates for exciting roles.
Collaborate & Support: Work alongside Delivery Managers and Business Managers to support the recruitment process, from conducting interviews to guiding candidates through the hiring journey.
Shape the Future: Represent the company at job fairs, collaborate with educational institutions, and work closely with the HR and Marketing teams to ensure that we attract top talent.

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: At least 3 years in recruitment (preferably with a focus on IT profiles). Experience in a recruitment agency is a plus!
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with AI recruitment tools and proactive candidate engagement.
- Communication Skills: Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus!). You should be comfortable building relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- A Go-Getter: You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are ready to take on new challenges.
