Overview

Responsibilities
- Perform advanced engineering/planning tasks requiring independent judgment.
- Prepare technical reports.
- Manage projects and coordinate tasks for associate engineers/planners and technicians.
- Train and mentor junior staff.
- Present findings to public agencies, review boards, governing bodies, and community groups.
- Contribute to internal committees supporting the company’s overall goals.
Qualifications
- B.S. in Civil Engineering or Transportation Planning.
- P.E. or AICP certification is required.
- 5-7 years of experience in traffic engineering and/or transportation planning.
- Proficiency with traffic analysis software (HCS, Synchro, VISSIM preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking experience.
- Valid driver’s license and personal transportation.
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
