This is an exciting opportunity for a registered Social Worker to join a small team within Powys County Council, focusing on completing outstanding reviews for adults receiving care and support. Requirements:

Qualified Social Worker (Degree or equivalent)

Registered with Social Care Wales

Minimum 2 years’ post-qualified experience in Adult Social Care
