Job Title: Logistics & Shipping Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics & Shipping Coordinator to manage and support all administrative tasks related to the shipment and receipt of products. This role is vital in ensuring smooth coordination with transport companies and internal departments, handling customs requirements, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform all administrative tasks related to the shipment of finished goods.

Communicate and coordinate with transport and courier companies to arrange shipments.

Maintain close contact with internal departments throughout the shipment and delivery process.

Archive shipment documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

Assist customs authorities during inspections when required.

Register incoming goods in the ERP system.

Coordinate with the Quality Assurance department regarding product recalls linked to complaints.

Verify the accuracy of shipment-related invoices.

Monitor and ensure the timely collection of goods.
Candidate Profile:

Solid knowledge of customs formalities.

Familiarity with ADR regulations is an advantage.

Organized and able to maintain focus amidst changing priorities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Exact experience is a plus).

Fluent in both English and Dutch.
