Your Role

As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, you’ll focus on building a network of employers (clients) and job seekers (candidates) within the UK tech sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development & Cold Calling: Proactively contact potential clients to uncover hiring needs, generate job orders, and build lasting relationships. Expect to spend significant time on the phone daily.

  • Tech Market Focus: Develop expertise in the UK tech recruitment space, with occasional opportunities to support roles in other countries.

  • Full Recruitment Cycle: Source candidates, manage interviews, and guide both clients and candidates through the hiring process to successful placements.

  • Market Growth: Build and maintain a pipeline of clients and candidates to drive long-term success in your niche.
