What You’ll Do:
- Oversee multiple projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery
- Lead and mentor an internal team of engineering professionals
- Collaborate daily with senior client stakeholders
- Track scope, schedule, and budget while providing regular project reporting
- Ensure high-quality delivery of reports, design documents, and other key deliverables
What You Need:
- Proven project management experience in engineering, energy, or related fields
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience managing teams
- Expertise in tracking project scope, schedule, and budget
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project reporting tools
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, BMS/BAS, or NY/NJ energy incentive programs (preferred)
