Your Mission:
As the Global Portfolio Lead for Insecticides, you will be the driving force behind the global strategy for this critical product line. From initial concept to market exit, you’ll own the lifecycle. You’ll present your vision to senior leaders, translate market intelligence into actionable strategies, and ensure alignment across global and regional teams. Your expertise will guide strategic partnerships, optimize product positioning, and empower sales and marketing teams with the insights they need to succeed. You’ll also play a key role in navigating the regulatory landscape and identifying future opportunities.
What You’ll Bring:
- A minimum of 10+ years of demonstrable success in product or portfolio management within the crop protection sector – insecticide expertise is a significant advantage.
- Proven ability to thrive and deliver results in complex, cross-functional, and multicultural teams.
- A solid understanding of the broader crop protection landscape, potentially gained through experience in R&D, regulatory affairs, or marketing.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- A strategic mindset coupled with strong analytical capabilities to translate data into effective strategies.
- A degree in Agronomy, Biology, Plant Science, or a related field. An MBA or similar business qualification is a plus.
- Fluency in English – your global communication language.
