Our client, a leading innovator in the technology sphere, offers a fantastic temporary opportunity for a Document Control Assistant. Based in Belgium, the organization is renowned for its commitment to making the impossible possible, consistently shaping the technology that will define tomorrow’s society. The contract is 4 months full-time with the possibility for extension so it gives you the opportunity to gain experience within and taste the innovative spirit of this company.

Role Responsibilities:
- Manage and preserve electronic documentation, enhancing skills in SharePoint and Office applications while contributing to the company’s larger mission of innovation.
- Handle translations and approvals efficiently, ensuring that document control processes align with the organization’s commitment to excellence.
- Collaborate with colleagues to update procedures, supporting continuous improvement in the company’s technological advancements.
Requirements:
- Experience in document control or a similar administrative role preferred.
- Good experience working with Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and SharePoint.
- Strong organizational skills, enabling you to handle approvals and update procedures effectively.
- Native Dutch speaker with fluency in English.
