Application Tester & User Support Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Write and execute test cases for applications used by clinical and functional teams.
  • Work closely with end users to understand their needs and troubleshoot issues.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and report bugs.
  • Assist with system maintenance and support activities.
  • Create and update technical documentation.

What You Need

  • 3-5 years of experience in an application development or testing environment.
  • Experience in test case writing, UAT execution, and bug reporting.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with customers.
  • Technical understanding to liaise between users and developers.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with Agile methodology and 3-week sprints.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Python, QT, or SAS.
  • Background in clinical data systems, CROs, or life sciences applications.
