Application Tester & User Support Specialist

Responsibilities
- Write and execute test cases for applications used by clinical and functional teams.
- Work closely with end users to understand their needs and troubleshoot issues.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and report bugs.
- Assist with system maintenance and support activities.
- Create and update technical documentation.
What You Need
- 3-5 years of experience in an application development or testing environment.
- Experience in test case writing, UAT execution, and bug reporting.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with customers.
- Technical understanding to liaise between users and developers.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with Agile methodology and 3-week sprints.
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, QT, or SAS.
- Background in clinical data systems, CROs, or life sciences applications.
