Freelance Business Analyst
Location: Hasselt, Belgium
Start: ASAP | Duration: 3+ months
I have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to join a healthcare project in Hasselt. This is a full-time, temporary freelance position where you will work closely with stakeholders to analyse, improve, and optimise business processes, while contributing to the implementation of digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth process analysis with end-users and stakeholders
- Map out “as-is” and “to-be” processes
- Propose optimisation’s based on trends and analysis
- Translate business needs into clear requirements
- Assist in selecting ICT solutions while considering legal frameworks (e.g., GDPR)
- Contribute to client discussions and demos
Who we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, economics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong analytical skills and experience in process modelling tools (preferred)
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus
- Independent, flexible, and effective communicator
