Currently, there are two young people living in the home, with plans to welcome a third. The home is built on a solid foundation of PACE 🧠 and trauma-informed practice 💛, creating a nurturing and supportive environment for children and young people.
📋 Requirements:

🎓 Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare

♿ Experience in disability or short breaks services
-
✅ Proven track record managing Ofsted inspections

👥 Skilled in supervising and managing staff in a care setting
