We are recruiting on behalf of a global pharmaceutical company seeking a Commercial Operations Lead to support their launch and growth strategy. This is a unique opportunity to join a highly matrixed, international environment, playing a pivotal role in sales operations, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration across multiple countries.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead commercial operations support for EMEA

Manage regional sales reporting activities with external vendor support, including regular format reviews and updates.

Develop and maintain regional data repositories to house historical data, business reviews, LOC brand plans, clinical recommendation tracking, and key meeting materials.

Assist with the coordination of regional congress activities in collaboration with local teams.

Serve as the main point of contact between local and regional stakeholders across commercial, medical, market access, and marketing functions.

Track and advise on sales versus forecast, manage stock-related needs, and facilitate internal distribution or rotation requests across Europe.

Support forecasting processes, including the mid-year review (MRP) and long-range forecasting (LRF), aligning with global strategic assumptions and planning tools.

Prepare leadership presentations and comparative forecast analyses to inform strategic decisions.

Contribute to the development of commercial dashboards and tools that enhance visibility and operational decision-making.
Ideal Profile:

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or MBA preferred.

7-10 years of experience in commercial operations, ideally in the pharmaceutical or vaccine sector.

Demonstrated ability to think strategically and solve problems with a structured, innovative mindset.

Proven success working in a cross-functional and cross-regional matrix environment.

Experience with forecasting processes and commercial lifecycle management.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across geographies.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and SharePoint; familiarity with enterprise planning tools (e.g., ABP) is a plus.

Fluent English required; additional European languages advantageous.

Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a dynamic business environment.
