We are recruiting on behalf of a global pharmaceutical company seeking a Commercial Operations Lead to support their launch and growth strategy. This is a unique opportunity to join a highly matrixed, international environment, playing a pivotal role in sales operations, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead commercial operations support for EMEA

  • Manage regional sales reporting activities with external vendor support, including regular format reviews and updates.

  • Develop and maintain regional data repositories to house historical data, business reviews, LOC brand plans, clinical recommendation tracking, and key meeting materials.

  • Assist with the coordination of regional congress activities in collaboration with local teams.

  • Serve as the main point of contact between local and regional stakeholders across commercial, medical, market access, and marketing functions.

  • Track and advise on sales versus forecast, manage stock-related needs, and facilitate internal distribution or rotation requests across Europe.

  • Support forecasting processes, including the mid-year review (MRP) and long-range forecasting (LRF), aligning with global strategic assumptions and planning tools.

  • Prepare leadership presentations and comparative forecast analyses to inform strategic decisions.

  • Contribute to the development of commercial dashboards and tools that enhance visibility and operational decision-making.

Ideal Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or MBA preferred.

  • 7-10 years of experience in commercial operations, ideally in the pharmaceutical or vaccine sector.

  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and solve problems with a structured, innovative mindset.

  • Proven success working in a cross-functional and cross-regional matrix environment.

  • Experience with forecasting processes and commercial lifecycle management.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across geographies.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and SharePoint; familiarity with enterprise planning tools (e.g., ABP) is a plus.

  • Fluent English required; additional European languages advantageous.

  • Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a dynamic business environment.
