Country Regulatory Manager – Italy & Balkans

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory authorities in Italy and the Balkans.
Develop and execute product registration strategies in collaboration with EMEA teams.
Manage the timely preparation and submission of registration dossiers, ensuring adherence to regional regulations.
Maintain ongoing product portfolio compliance, working closely with various internal departments.
Manage and guide consultants in Croatia and Bulgaria, ensuring alignment with company objectives and efficient workflows.
Contribute to the preparation of monthly reports and the management of regulatory databases.

Key Requirements

Master’s degree in agronomy, biology, or a related scientific discipline.
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in regulatory affairs related to plant protection products at the European or national level.
Competence in risk assessment procedures is considered a strong advantage.
Fluency in Italian (ideally native proficiency) and professional-level proficiency in English.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Willingness to travel within Europe, including regular trips to Rome, Milan, and Lyon, as needed.

Additional Information

Position: Permanent, full-time.
Location: Home-based in Italy, with regular travel to their EU Headquarters France.
Onboarding: Initial training period at the Lyon headquarters.
Travel: Approximately 10-20% within Europe.
Start Date: As soon as possible.
