Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory authorities in Italy and the Balkans.
- Develop and execute product registration strategies in collaboration with EMEA teams.
- Manage the timely preparation and submission of registration dossiers, ensuring adherence to regional regulations.
- Maintain ongoing product portfolio compliance, working closely with various internal departments.
- Manage and guide consultants in Croatia and Bulgaria, ensuring alignment with company objectives and efficient workflows.
- Contribute to the preparation of monthly reports and the management of regulatory databases.
Key Requirements
- Master’s degree in agronomy, biology, or a related scientific discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in regulatory affairs related to plant protection products at the European or national level.
- Competence in risk assessment procedures is considered a strong advantage.
- Fluency in Italian (ideally native proficiency) and professional-level proficiency in English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to travel within Europe, including regular trips to Rome, Milan, and Lyon, as needed.
Additional Information
- Position: Permanent, full-time.
- Location: Home-based in Italy, with regular travel to their EU Headquarters France.
- Onboarding: Initial training period at the Lyon headquarters.
- Travel: Approximately 10-20% within Europe.
- Start Date: As soon as possible.
