  • Collaborate with the Global IT Helpdesk to ensure first-class service delivery.
  • Tackle incidents, manage changes, and work on problem resolution like a pro.
  • Lead the annual computer refresh program and keep our tech up-to-date.
  • Optimise and improve IT service processes to keep things running better than ever.
  • Be a key player in Incident and Problem Management for local facilities.

💻 Your Skills and Experience:

  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
  • 4+ years in IT service delivery within a global organisation.
  • Proficient in Active Directory, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and Windows OS.
  • Hands-on experience with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, and Change Management).
  • Fluent in English (French or German is a bonus).
