Our client, a key player within the company’s ecosystem, is seeking an experienced HR person to join their dynamic team in Kristiansund, Norway. Responsibilities:
– Lead the Talent Cycle to ensure a rewarding onboarding experience for new hires and line managers
– Manage all HR functions in compliance with Norwegian regulations
– Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives and employee development
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s Degree in HR-related field
– 5 years of HR experience with knowledge of Norwegian regulations
– Fluent in English and B1 level in Norwegian
