Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to join their team in Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our most important clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving the adoption of cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts, acting as their main point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts, driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and cybersecurity requirements, and develop tailored solutions that align with their goals.
  • Account Growth: Monitor and analyse account performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to achieve growth targets.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to ensure the successful delivery of solutions and services.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging threats to provide valuable insights to clients and drive our client’s strategic initiatives.


  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in key account management, preferably in the cybersecurity or IT sector.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions and services, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Languages: Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel within Germany to meet with clients as needed.
