NonStop Care is working with a Good Ofsted local authority in East Yorkshire, who are looking for an experienced social worker to join their locality team. The team offers hybrid working, capped caseloads and a competitive hourly rate of up to £37/hr.

They have a permanent workforce, with no agency staff over the last six months and Due to having such high staff retention, you will have the comfort of joining a team with experienced staff/ management helping you along the way .

They have also achieved a Good Ofsted rating, which comments on their good practice meaning you have the satisfaction of knowing you are making a positive change within your community of service users.

They have an engaged senior management team who will routinely spend time with you to understand the challenges you face and how they can support you in your role / to achieve your development goals and further your career.

Requirements:

The role requires a recognised social work qualification and relevant post-qualification experience and knowledge. The ideal candidate will have 2 years minimum post qualified experience as a social worker, ideally within safeguarding/CIN experience
