NonStop Consulting, on behalf of an important client specializing in botanical APIs, is seeking a B2B Marketing & Communication Manager / ESG Responsible.
In this role, you will develop and implement effective marketing and communication strategies to drive business growth and elevate brand recognition in the global market. As the ESG Responsible, you will design and implement frameworks to ensure compliance with sustainability standards and certifications, making this an exciting opportunity to grow professionally within a dynamic and fast-evolving company.
Main Responsibilities:
Main Marketing responsabilities:
- Develop and execute the company’s communication strategy.
- Create corporate and product-specific presentations.
- Develop action plans to gather and analyze customer feedback on new and existing products.
- Lead online marketing campaigns.
- Design and implement internal and external communication plans to promote the benefits of medical Cannabis and the company’s role in this industry.
- Organize and attend trade shows and major events as needed.
- Conduct market, competitor, and company analyses.
- Contribute to or manage internal development projects.
ESG:
- Design and implement sustainability frameworks that align with external standards and certifications.
- Prepare the annual sustainability/ESG report.
- Develop policies and guidelines for sustainability programs.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- University degree in life sciences, marketing, communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally within the API sector.
- Knowledge of the global medical Cannabis market is a plus.
- Basic understanding of ESG sustainability practices is advantageous.
- Fluency in English and/or German or Italian.
- Proficiency in key marketing tools, including social media platforms.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent ability to engage with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Creative and strong writing skills.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Willingness to travel up to 10%.
Location:
- Canton Ticino, Switzerland – 4 days per week on-site presence required.
