We are seeking an Office Manager to become the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries and to ensure smooth office operations for our client – a growing real estate company with an international presence. Your Mission

  • First Point of Contact: Serve as the main contact for internal and external requests and questions.
  • Office Organization: Independently coordinate and handle administrative and organizational tasks to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Documentation and Analysis: Prepare and coordinate protocols, analyses, presentations, and decision and investment templates.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and attend internal and external meetings, including preparation and follow-up tasks.
  • Acquisition Support: Participate in acquisition and transaction processes, particularly in purchasing real estate properties and portfolios.
  • Project Involvement: Engage in and realize exciting projects.
  • Administrative Support: Assist the site director and colleagues with administrative tasks.
  • Travel Management: Plan, book, and account for travel arrangements.

Your Profile

  • Education: Completed education, preferably in business administration, real estate, or hospitality.
  • Experience: Professional experience as a team or office assistant is an advantage; experience in the real estate field is desirable.
  • Appearance: Positive, friendly, well-groomed appearance with a polite manner.
  • Commitment: High level of commitment, flexibility, and a customer-oriented personality.
  • Languages: Very good knowledge of German and English.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Work Ethic: Conscientious, solution-oriented working style with strong organizational talent.
