In this exciting role, you’ll take the lead on ensuring regulatory compliance and advancing product stewardship for a wide portfolio of products. You’ll also play a critical part in growing and shaping a talented team, driving the company’s mission and leaving your mark on its future.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Taking ownership of major regulatory filings, including REACH registrations.
- Leading, mentoring, and building product stewardship teams across multiple regions.
- Developing and delivering training to ensure corporate standards for compliance are met.
- Interpreting and applying regulatory intelligence on a global scale.
- Supporting strategic projects and offering expert guidance throughout the product lifecycle.
- Collaborating with internal teams, including R&D, to develop innovative approaches to hazard reduction.
- Overseeing the development and implementation of chemical compliance programs.
- Inspiring and motivating your team to achieve great results in a collaborative environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- A degree in Chemistry, Toxicology, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Law, or a related field.
- At least 10 years’ experience in regulatory affairs, product stewardship, or chemical compliance.
- Strong knowledge of global regulations (e.g., REACH, TSCA) and an understanding of biocide laws, microplastics, and international conventions.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and inspire multi-regional teams.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Solid project management skills and the ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to travel up to 25% of the time.
