Our client, an innovative and highly regarded organization in the specialty chemicals sector, is looking for a REACh Regulatory Affairs Team Leader to join their dynamic team. In this critical role, you will guide regulatory strategies and lead a dedicated team to ensure compliance with REACh and similar global regulations.

In this position, you’ll provide strategic leadership to a team of regulatory professionals, fostering collaboration and excellence. You’ll oversee all aspects of REACh registration, ensuring deadlines are met while staying ahead of evolving regulatory landscapes. Your role will involve developing robust regulatory strategies to secure market access for the company’s products while managing risk. Acting as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external regulatory bodies, you’ll navigate the complexities of global regulations with confidence and clarity.
What We’re Looking For:
- Extensive experience (10-15 years) in Regulatory Affairs or Product Stewardship.
- Deep knowledge and hands-on expertise in REACh registrations.
- Proven success in creating and executing effective regulatory strategies.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting complex regulatory information to diverse audiences.
- A background in Chemistry or Toxicology.
This role offers the flexibility of home-based working in Germany or the option to work onsite in North Rhine-Westphalia.
