Referral & Assessment Social Worker – Hybrid -South West England

Are you an experienced children social worker looking to shape the future of vulnerable children? Do you want a low caseload? This permanent hybrid role allows you to work flexibly to support referral and assessment for children in the area through a ‘Outstanding’ Ofsted service.

A local authority in South West England is hiring for a full time Referral & Assessment Social Worker to help their team through initial assessment through a caseload of up to 20 cases, with an average of 15.

Key Duties include:

Caseload of children and young people between 0 – 18 years, and their families

Visit and interview clients to assess

Manage workload independently

Report to develop care plans
